 Mayaz Masti Dance Academy strives to share Indian culture with not only our students but with the world. Our culture is so vast and by coming to Mayaz Masti Dance Academy our students are able to keep in touch with our roots.

  • "We were one of the lucky family to get chance to involve our daughter ‘Susma’ with Mayaz Masti Dance Academy since early 2019. Thank you so much to the Joshi family of (Actor, Dancer, Director, writer and Choreographer) Maya, Indraneil, Aryan, Arnav, and Aashka to establish this academy here in Powell. After we saw first time the MayazMasti team’s stage performance at Holi Mela 2019, we were totally shocked about how well the dance was coordinated with full of energy and perfectly executed with absolute enthusiasm. Since then to till date our daughter is participating to all the dance and drama presented by MayazMasti team. Another bang on performance of about 15 minutes long on the “Epic Tale of Lord Ganesh” was nicely choreographed and well executed at the TACO event in February 2020. This was the most beautiful drama I have had in a while and each steps and story line was great and the whole crew didn’t skip a beat which gained tremendous popularity in Columbus. Personally I have seen the dance practice and rehearsal multiple times, so couple things I would like to emphasize that Aryan, Arnav and Aashka have endless energy to choreograph with 100% perfection and teach dance with highly effective way. Also, I really like the way Maya Ji encourages the kids by commenting on their weakness and praising on their accomplishments at the end of every dance class. We came to know that this is not only a dance academy, this is like a huge family where kids never feel bored or even exhausted even after practicing about 1-2 hours during rehearsals."

  • "We noticed their amazing dance performance in FIA 2019. The energy, the execution, the coordination, the use of props... the overall performance was such joy to watch! It was so nicely done that our eyes were totally glued to the stage the whole time it happened.   • Best dance school I have been to! It has really been a struggle to find a good quality dance school in the greater Columbus area. I've never seen such talented and dedicated teachers. Both choreographers, Aashka and Aashmi Joshi bond very well with the students and both my children have felt so at home when learning from them! Their choreography is very unique and they teach a fusion of dance styles. They have created such a positive learning environment that not only improves student's dance skills, but also helps them grow as an individual. My children look forward to going to class every Sunday. Fees are also very reasonable and honestly worth every penny! (Costume are included in the montly fees) Best of all, they preform at several events to showcase your children's talent. Truly an amazing dance academy and a very gifted family!

She created a dance for the girls to learn. It was so fun to watch everyone having a great time!
